Objectives

The objective of this division is mainly to design and development of medical instruments, including related analog and digital circuits.

Major facilities

A laboratory of floor space 660 sft equipped with Computer, Oscilloscope, Power Supply, Function Generator, Trainer’s kit, EPROM Eraser, EPROM Programmer, Pulse Generator, Universal Counter, Digital Multimeter etc.

    Yasmeen Mawla, Head MID, has been assigned the task of Course Co-ordinator in 2007 and under this course last year 52 students from IUT Gazipur, Dhaka, Bangladesh and 63 students from different Polytechnique Institutes of Bangladesh have accomplished their Industrial Attachment Training successfully.
